On Thursday, June 30, the Board of Trustees selected member-owner Keith Stark to complete the unexpired term (ending in April 2024) in District 1. The district is comprised of Florence, Northwest and St. Joseph townships in Williams County.

Pursuant to the Code of Regulations and NWEC policy, the process to fill the open seat required a Trustee Search and Selection Committee composed of three current trustees and three member-owners from the district in which the vacancy existed. The Committee then presented their recommendations to the remaining board members and an unanimous decision was required for the final selection.

Stark resides in St. Joseph township with his wife Michelle. They have two children. Keith is an Agronomy Salesman for Edon Farmers Co-op. He is active in the Edgerton Knights of Columbus and is an Edgerton athletic booster. He attends St. Mary’s Catholic Church. In his spare time, Keith enjoys ice fishing and golfing.
