North Western Electric offers its residential and small commercial members FREE energy audits. During the COVID-19 situation and due to social distancing policies, we are changing up our energy audit program to incorporate Tele-Audits (energy audits done entirely by phone or virtually). Upon request, a representative of North Western Electric will call you or Facetime with you to conduct a virtual home inspection and walk-thru, analyze your home's energy usage, and provide a full report of recommendations.
To request a Tele-Audit, simply complete the Energy Analysis Form and drop it off in our outside drop box, mail it to our office, or send it digitally to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your completed form, it will be reviewed along with the past three years of your electric usage history. Then our energy advisor will contact you to schedule a convenient time to perform the Tele-Audit.
Typically, the FREE Tele-Audit will consist of:
Analysis of your current electrical usage based on the information you provided, your electric account history and detailed answers to questions from the energy advisor
Visual inspection (only applicable via FaceTime) of areas in your home (or business) that will assist the energy advisor in providing his expert efficiency advise.
Expert recommendations from the energy advisor that may improve the comfort and efficiency of your home. Following the Tele-Audit, the energy advisor will provide a complete report showing the information that was discussed and his recommendations for energy efficient improvements.
