We offer convenient 24/7 online account payment services for member-owners having internet access, an email account and credit or debit card, or checking account.  Your account is credited immediately. There is no fee for this service.

BUDGET BILLING

Our budget billing is a variable rate plan with each monthly payment calculated from the previous 12 months.  Although your payments will be slightly different each month, they will be more consistent, eliminating large fluctuations from season to season.

A delinquency free payment history is required to begin and remain on the plan. Call our office at (419) 636-5051 to discuss if the budget billing plan will fit your needs.

Need a gift idea for a neighbor, co-worker, friend or family member? Stop into the office or give us a call to let us know whose account you are giving to.  We will apply it to their electric account as a credit. The credit will appear on their next billing statement. A paper certificate showing the amount of the gift is available upon request.
