Promotion announced

Effective January 1, Tom Clark assumed a new role as Line Supervisor. Tom began his career at NWEC in May 2010 as a groundman, then advanced to a journeyman lineman position and, most recently, he served as Crew Chief.

In his new role, he will continue to oversee the safety and productivity of our line crews and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations. His training and dedication will continue to be a valuable asset to the membership and the cooperative.

New team member

We would like to welcome Jenni Koch to the position of Operations Coordinator. She will be responsible for assisting the Operations Department with developing, processing and maintaining records; purchasing and monitoring warehouse inventory levels and member communications; plus, scheduling appointments and responding to calls for the department.

Jenni may look familiar to some of you since she had previously worked as a Customer Service Representative for NW Ohio Propane. She left that position in 2022 to pursue other endeavors and is returning now as an employee of NWEC. We are confident that her dedication, organizational skills and familiarity with the co-op will assist her in this new position.
