PHONE LINE OUTAGE (August 15, 2022) - If you have attempted to contact us to report an outage, to report a water heater problem or pay your bill, we apologize but our after-hours phone answering service is currently experiencing a phone line outage.
You can still report your outage or pay your bill by using the SmartHub app. Your meter will also send a signal to our office if you lose power so it is possible that we may already know.
