Annual Satisfaction Survey Begins

All News

Each year, NWEC works with NRECA Market Research Services to complete member satisfaction surveys.

The surveys will be conducted by phone and by email, but not every member will be contacted. If you are contacted, we would greatly appreciate a few minutes of your time to share your opinions of the cooperative.

TIPS FOR VERIFYING IT IS LEGITIMATE:

How do you know it is NRECA (on behalf of NWEC) contacting you and not a spam call or email?

  1. If you are contacted by phone, the caller will start the conversation by saying: "Hello, my name is ________. We are conducting a confidential 7-minute survey regarding your electric service on behalf of North Western Electric Cooperative, your electric service provider." The phone number will not show up on your caller ID as a local number since the agents who are making the calls work for NRECA not NWEC. The caller ID will begin with an 844 area code.
  2. If you are contacted by email, the message will be from: North Western Electric Cooperative <_________@nreca.coop>

    • If you were to reply to the email, it will be addressed to the email address shown above.

    • In addition to the "Take the Survey" button in the email that will take you directly to the survey, there is also a URL that you can copy/paste into a browser bar. That will have the words “NRECA” and “Qualtrics” in the first part of that URL. You should also see that if you hover above the “Take the Survey” button.

    • You will have one week to complete your survey.

We understand that you may be skeptical of the phone calls or the emails due to the abundance of spam that we all receive each day but we hope that the tips above help you to feel more confident in responding to the survey. However, if you are still unsure whether it is us contacting you, please reach out to us before responding.

By participating in the survey, you will help us make decisions that benefit you, your family and your neighbors.

All information is confidential.

Thank you!
